Minutes from the City of Horseshoe Bay
The Trails of Horseshoe Bay is just minutes from one of the most prestigious and active small communities in Texas: Horseshoe Bay. At the Horseshoe Bay Resort are three Robert Trent Jones, Sr.-designed golf courses, many other amenities, and access to a private jet airport. The purchase of a developer homesite at the Trails includes a prepaid initiation fee for membership in the Horseshoe Bay Resort, subject to application and approval.
Texas Hill Country – So Much To Do
Many residents find as much excitement and fulfillment as they want in Horseshoe Bay itself. Or, there’s plenty to do in many other near-by communities such as Marble Falls, Burnet, Llano, Fredericksburg, Johnson City … all towns that have their own special personalities and interesting community celebrations, Texas-delightful and world-class shopping, visits to the many near-by wineries, museum wandering, golfing, and other activities that Trails residents and their visitors of all ages – from grandparents, to adult children, to grandchildren – will enjoy on day-trips or weekend excursions.
Or, So Little.
However, some owners find it more than enough just to relax at the Trails. What’s not to like? Watching the lake from their custom-designed home, or motoring or jet-skiing on it. Meeting with friends at the clubhouse for an outdoor grilled dinner. Saddling up for an early morning or late afternoon ride. Taking a walk or bike ride on one of the scenic trails. Swimming or relaxing poolside. Or just marveling at the magnificent Hill Country landscape.
Want Big City Excitement?
For those who want a larger experience, Texas’ capital city of Austin is an hour east; San Antonio is about ninety minutes south. Both cities, reachable by excellent highways, offer great cultural activities, top-notch restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, professional and collegiate sports events, and other “big city” excitement.
The Best of All Worlds ... Here
“I believe we have the best of all worlds here at the Trails,” says Michael Walsh, developer of the Trails of Horseshoe Bay, who enjoys its natural beauty and upscale amenities along with his family and other Trails homeowners.
There is so much … or so little … to do and enjoy in the Texas Hill Country. And it’s all within easy reach of the Trails of Horseshoe Bay.
